Service Agent – Front Office
Qualifications:
- Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year Front Office experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Education: Applicants must have a Diploma, preferably major in Hospitality or Tourism
- Knowledge/Certificates: Applicants must be knowledgeable in Cash handling and basic accounting
- Language Ability: Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Other foreign languages would be an advantage.
- Computer Skills: Applicants must be proficient in MS Office with knowledge in using Fidelio and Opera.
Job Description:
- Service Agents or Front Office Agents are expected to perform all functions required by the Front Office including:
- registration of guests in and out
- amending and making room reservations
- giving city, activity and restaurant recommendations
- providing directions
- manage phone activity and responds to guest inquiries
- monitor stock levels of forms, key cards, resort maps and brochures and arrange restocking when required
- checking room status
- resolving minor guest issues
- treat all guests equally with a warm, professional and welcoming manner.
