Public Auction of Pag-IBIG Foreclosed Properties August 2017

If you are planning to purchase your own house and lot or maybe you want to invest some of your hard-earned money in real estate properties, you might find the public auction of foreclosed properties interesting.

Why? Because real estate properties are sold at a much cheaper price than their actual value.

The Pag-IBIG Fund regularly releases the schedule of their public auction of foreclosed properties. For the month of August 2017, below are the schedule of public auctions in different parts of the Philippines and the estimated number of properties for sale.

Properties in NCR with Discount

Aside from the properties are already being offered at a more affordable price, the Pag-IBIG Fund also offer some properties with an additional discount.

In the National Capital Region, a total of 860 foreclosed properties are being offered with a discount.

510 of which are from the Cavite area which will be available for public auction on August 10.

350 properties in Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, Metro Manila and Rizal will be available for auction on August 11.

These foreclosed properties include Condo Units, Row House, Town House, Single Attached and Detached, Duplex, Quadruplex, and lots only.

The schedule of the public auction is on August 10 and 11 and the venue is at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

If you miss the schedule of this auction for properties with discount, you can also attend the auction of properties in NCR but without discount. It will be held at the same venue above on August 22.

181 foreclosed properties located in Bulacan, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Metro Manila and Rizal areas will be offered at the public auction.

Properties in Pampanga WITH Discount

There will also be a public auction of a total of 140 discounted foreclosed properties in Bataan, Pampanga, and Tarlac on August 4. It will be held at the Jollibee Maimpis Mac Arthur Highway Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Properties in Other Provinces WITHOUT Discount

  • Baguio Branch on August 3, 2017

7 foreclosed properties in Benguet and Baguio City will be auctioned off on August 3. Venue: 4th Floor S. Building, Upper Session Road., Engineers Hill, Baguio City.

  • Calamba Branch on August 8, 2017

230 foreclosed properties in Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon will be auctioned off on August 8. Venue: Bugong Bistro ALX Building, National Highway, Brgy. Halang, Calamba City

  • La Union Branch on August 10, 2017

9 foreclosed properties in Ilocos Norte, Abra, and La Union will be auctioned off on on August 10. Venue: Audio Visual Room, 4th Floor, Home Development Mutual Fund Bldg., Govt. Center, Sevilla, San Fernando City.

  • Dagupan Branch on August 17, 2017

22 foreclosed properties in Pangasinan will be auctioned off on August 17. Venue: 3rd Floor CB Mall Bldg., Nancayasan, Urdaneta, City.

  • Tuguegarao Branch on August 25, 2017

117 foreclosed properties in Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Quirino will be auctioned off on August 25. Venue: Activity Center, Robinsons Place, Santiago City, Isabela.

REMINDERS when Attending Public Auctions

The properties are offered on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, therefore, you’re highly encouraged to check or inspect the properties that you’re interested in. This will help you decide if you really want to purchase the property or not.

Some properties are still occupied. You may have to deal with the occupants when you purchase the property.

If you have enough funds and you prefer to pay in cash, this would be better for you because you will be given an additional 20% discount. For installment payments, you will also get 10% discount.
