How to Pay Bills with PNB Mobile App

Today, you can now pay your bills online with PNB Mobile App thru your cellphone or tablet. It’s another way of doing your transactions without going to your PNB branch. It allows you to do your basic banking transactions such as bill payments, fund transfers and account balance inquiry

If you’re a PNB customer with the following type of accounts below can register in PNB Internet Banking:

  • ATM/Debit Mastercard Savings Accounts
  • Passbook Savings Accounts
  • Checking Accounts
  • Pensioner accounts (SSS/GSIS)
  • Joint/OR Accounts

Note: Before you can use the PNB mobile app, make sure you have already registered your account online. If you haven’t registered yet, you may follow this link on how to register in PNB Internet Banking.

Here’s the step-by-step procedure on how to pay your bills online thru PNB Mobile App:

1. Open “App Store/Google Play” from your mobile device and download “PNB – Mobile Banking” app.

2. After downloading the app, open it and you will see the screen below. Just select “Always Allow” and proceed to the next screen.

3. Enter the User ID and Password that you have created, then hit “LOG IN” button to proceed.

4. Upon successful login, you can now see your current account balance. To pay your bills, tap the menu and look for “BILLS“.

Note: Paying bills online is not limited to your own bills, you can also pay for the bills of your relatives and friends using your PNB account.

5. You can now pay your bills by entering your merchant subscriber numbers, just enter the required details in order to proceed with the payment. Once payment is complete, you will see the notification screen below and you’ll receive an email for every transaction you make.

Also, I advice to save your merchant subscriber numbers for your convenience, so you don’t have to enter your subscriber numbers every time you make a transaction.
